How long does it take to fulfill my order?
Once an order is processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. This e-mail includes the items purchased and your order number.
All orders are subject to 2-3 business days unless listed as otherwise (i.e., made to order, back-order etc.).
How do I return or exchange my order?
Please contact us at info@hintlab.shop. Include the order number given in the order’s e-mail confirmation and list the item(s) you would like to modify. All items must be returned in the condition as purchased and are subject to a 15-day policy.
How will I know if an item’s sizing/fit?
If an item needs clarification of its sizing/fit, please contact us at info@hintlab.shop. Please list the item and we will provide the following:
– Product-specific measurements (i.e., sleeve length, pant leg width etc.).
– A size conversion chart for international size conversions.
