Shipping

Orders will be processed within 3 business days from being placed.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. HINT is not responsible for covering these fees.

By law, we cannot modify the declared value of your order on commercial invoices—we must comply with all international import/export regulations.

If you choose to refuse your shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any duties, taxes, and/or customs fees incurred. Please note that customs processing may delay your package beyond the estimated shipping timeline.

Orders that go missing due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout will not be refunded. HINT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will not have shipping costs refunded. Please double-check your address before completing checkout.

All orders ship from Mississauga, Canada.

Return Policy

Due to the exclusive nature and high demand of our merchandise, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Stock is not available for size corrections or replacement requests.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your case and assist if eligible.

Refunds are only considered in cases of verified defects or fulfillment errors.

Pricing & Sales Tax

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices may change without notice. Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within Canada and is not charged on orders shipped outside of Canada. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Please note that only one form of payment can be used per order.
